Chalenge #14: In your own space, create your own fandom challenge

If you had to transpose one of your fandoms into another form of media, what media would you turn it into, and how would the story change? Would the story change?

(Note for properties which have mutliple tie-in shows and comics and books, or characters that float through various properties in that universe, feel free to switch them from movie to TV series, or take a character known from a TV series and give them their own movie.)

Create it in your own space, and link to it here, or to post it below.

I'd have loved a Maria Hill Organises All the Things show. I'm so mad about not getting one.

I feel like a very old webcomic called 9th Elsewhere would have translated fantastically into the framing story for a solo journaling RPG. The story of the comic itself was about a girl who gets trapped in her own dreamscape and needs a muse (or two) to help her get out. Along the way, there's discussions about psychology, and the surreal nature of the dreamscape, and plenty of other things where you might draw in some random events to give prompt for what to talk about in the trip through your own dreamscape (or the one of a character) and what you encountered along the way. There would be muses, weird things, fears, hopes, dreams, childhood artifacts, and all the rest.

I think Mary Renault's The Charioteer would transpose well into a BBC historical mini-series. There would need to be some re-organization of events, particularly in the introductory part. (I'd start it on the beach at Dunkirk, or just heading there; and then work in the first two chapters as flashbacks.) One thing about British TV, they're good at getting the look of the thing right: sets and props, correct costumes and old vehicles, that sort of thing.
