The exchange incorporates the giving of 4 mini-gifts, so not too much effort is required: icons, sketches, graphics, ficlets... Small stuff, easily done. And you're not asked for something specific, so it doesn't involve trying to work out how you're going to write a story about John and Teyla trapped in a room with a blue chicken (or something like that).
