Last reminder to get your Isis Awards Nominations in!

So, in the last day, I've finished and submitted to the sgahcchallenges Last-Fic-Writer-Standing, and desperately hope that I don't get kicked off the island in the first week (so very not encouraging). I've hit 2000 words on my sg_rarepairings story, although we're at the sex scene and the POV character is giving me trouble.

Almost everything else has stalled right now. I don't want it to, but it has.

I'm stressed about NaNoWriMo and the profic I'm trying to write for it, the secret Santa challenges, and this "first three chapters" profic competition I'm trying to enter, the fact that I've started four different stories for kristen999's John-and-Teyla Thing-A-Thon only to discard them because they're 'not good enough', and that I wanted to do something for paintedspires but have neither the time nor the skill, sga_flashfic's 'Gods and Monsters' challenge but haven't the time or ideas, yuletide but won't have the time, and submit a short story to an anthology except that I'm finding it difficult to translate the idea from concept to actual story.

Isis Awards Nominations

So, after borking up the HTML for all the communities at which I posted this notice several days ago...



Nominations close on Saturday, 25th October.

I've done my noms. Mostly John/Teyla, but a few Teyla/other in there, too. It seems to be a relatively quiet turn-out this year. Then again, I was handed all the 'small ships' - the most populous ship I've had to check is probably Rodney/Keller - my others are Rodney/Teyla, Teyla/Michael, Michael/anyone, and Radek/anyone.

One thing down, several dozen dozen to go...

triciabyrne1978? The files you sent me didn't work. First one only worked in VLC, the second wouldn't play at all. I had to torrent it.

Overall...enjoyable. Has possibilities. Possibly.

I tried watching Heroes 3.03 and got bored halfway through. It doesn't bode well.
