25K on NaNo. Just in time.

I'm also getting a little bit of fanfic written: nothing much, though - just some 'first chapters' that I want to get out and off, and if there's interest in them, then I might be inspired to write the rest of the story come the new year - and nothing that's actually due - alas!

I'm having particular trouble working out my sga_santa challenge: the specific prompts and characters don't lend themselves to anything, and the general ones are too broad to be very effective. I think I must have been the only person who asked for John/Teyla in the SGA Santa this year, because I didn't get assigned a John/Teyla story at all. Which makes me wonder if there's even a snowflake's hope in hell that I might get John/Teyla for my SGA Santa this year.

Probably not.
