all that writing I never did

I'm stuck, once again, on the Maria Hill epic. Doubt. Lots and lots of Doubt. *sighs* So I don't think I'll be making this year's marvel_bang again. I just don't have enough words or enough time right now.

Cap3 is messing with my brain; quilting is messing with my writing, working out a comfortable place and space to write is messing with my ability to concentrate (or it could be the cats trying to climb into my lap all the time), and IDEK. *flails*

I haven't heard back from the Chicago beta I sent the Maria/Steve 'curtainfic' to, although this isn't entirely unusual (her work comes and goes by turns) I'm always anxious it means it sucks and my beta doesn't know how to tell me.

Does anyone know what's happened to avengersfest? (eta: never mind, they've gone live) I wrote a PH for it and posted it (no prizes for guessing which one) they said the PHs had to be in by Friday, and I ain't heard nothing yet. Also, I only wrote the first part, I had notes on another nine sections, but not the time to write them. I keep thinking I'll add to the story, one by one, but I thought that with several others (Nothing But The Best, Shiny And Dark, and Differentials Between Assets And Agents).

In other news, I got stuck on The Worth Of A Woman at the point where I had to make a decision if I was going more Maria/Steve or Maria/Bucky. It wobbled around for a bit, but I think it's pointing Maria/Steve right now, simply for POV and angst purposes.

Anyway, quilting things should finish up this week, which leaves me brainspace for writing again; I just have to get past the crunch point in the Maria Hill epic...
