I'm starting to wonder if I'm lactose intolerant. Feeling kind of bloated after my morning latte (although that's been happening for a while) I'm starting to feel like it's getting worse. Or maybe it's just that I had two creamy coffees yesterday, plus a cake with extra cream.
It was a really good cake, too.

Sore right foot after yesterday's game - not the toe, the outer heel - like any pressure was going to be painful. I guess I just ache after these games anyway, no matter how much warm up or cool down I do. Body can't take it.
I ended up feeling nauseous last night, to the point where I was getting ready to go to church and just wanted to be sick. I ended up staying in bed and drowsing with the cats, who were very snuggly and who I ended up sleeping with all night long, in spite of not sleeping very well when they're around.

I was going to do more writing this past weekend, instead I did a lot of gardening on Saturday and then quite a lot of hockey and recovery from hockey on Sunday.

Full work week this week. Gonna be an effort.
