Didn't sleep well last night. Woke up at least twice. And today is ALL THE BUSY.
I mean, it's good busy - Personal Training, getting some quilts off to the quilter, getting some quilts off to friends, dinner with friends - but still...busy. And I am le tired and there is no time for a nap!

Went to hockey training on Tuesday night. Good as always, but also exhausting and crazy sweaty.

PT was supposed to be at 11am, but work call about the weekend upgrades ended up later than expected. So I ended up late to PT. On the other hand, it was a really hard workout. Might have been the lack of sleep, might have been only having a toast and coffee up until that point.
I have now (late afternoon) had toast, coffee, half a chicken katsu sandwich (probably would have liked it more as a burrito), half-an-apple, and a fig. Plus water.
Going out to dinner with friends, as I said. But got to get through the next space of the afternoon.
I think I'm going to take a 20 minute nap and hope it refreshes me...
