Maria Hill, leader, visionary, and direct as a bullet to the brain.

Teyla Emmagan, 2IC, steady and cool-headed, willing to concede and conciliate - frequently 'good cop' to Maria's 'bad cop'.

Science/Research would be Allison Blake from Eureka, who's seen every kind of freaky shit from here to neverland and is excellent at dealing. Back her up with Astrid Farnsworth from Fringe and you have a duo who can deal with any shit in the multiverse.

Tech would be Alec Hardison from Leverage (because: Hardison).

Supply Officer/Requisitions would be Kate Freelander from Sanctuary who can get you ANYTHING you ask for (so long as you don't ask where it came from).

"The Muscle" would be Ziva David, Faith Lehane, and Melinda May.

And Maura Isles would be their doc.

And the title of their series should probably be: SHIT GETS DONE. Because, you know, it would.
