A lot of remixes that came out all at once! And the RemixMe and FemmeRemix were due pretty much within days of each other, which made things a little crazy while I was on holidays...

But apparently I spearheaded the charge into 'Team SHIELD' territory? At last according to the MCU Rolling Remix Masterlist. So, it's interesting to see where people took the original story and how they interpreted it.

notes: I had a brief panic attack when I saw my assignment, because the characters weren't my usual ones, then I got a grip and started writing. I think it turned out okay, even if it wasn't quite the story I wanted to tell ("a ghost, a cop, and the Key walk into a bar - and it ain't no joke").

notes: It was a little surprising to end up writing two Buffy&Angel remixes after such a long time since being in the fandom. But, yeah. This was seriously abbreviated from what I felt should be an EPIC STORY about the end of the world. (Again!) I really liked the idea of time having passed and the world of the Watchers and Slayers being very different to how it was at the time that the shows ended, but I was out of time.

So I just squeaked my kink_bingo BINGO line in under the deadline (in Honolulu; what? it counts!) and filled the first line of my kink bingo square. Not quite the blackout I was hoping for, but it's my first year.

It was actually very interesting writing 'kink' - mostly because it was a chance to examine the interaction dynamics between the characters in the context of their relationship with each other. You know me - lately, even my PWPs tend to end up being character studies. But it was quite a challenge to work out who would do what, who would allow which to be done to them, and the time, place, and scenario that it lent itself to.

So, really, an exercise in character writing - and quite a challenging one.
