These are guidelines more than anything else (except the DNWs): please keep that in mind while reading!
likes
- the female characters making choices which the male characters respect
- competency and practicality in female characters (doesn't have to be likeable or 'feminine')
- negotiation, whether or a relationship or of a situation, or of expectations, or of sex
do not want
- pure smut; I like the characters interacting outside the bedroom as well as inside
- unhappy endings (although bittersweet could be okay)
- running down of other relationships the characters may have canonically had; they don't have to be best-buddies with their exes, but not everything is True Love and that's okay.
Marvel CInematic Universe
Note: You can develop this after Cap3, or you can do an AU diverging from canon at an earlier point - whatever works. However, if you're going to involve Civil War, I'd like Maria to be a sympathetic character (unlike the comics), whichever side you put her on. She's a heroic-side character in the MCU, please keep her that way.
Bucky/Maria: Two people used to living in the shadows. How do they work out a relationship with each other? I see Maria as competent and reserved because she's good at what she does, and she needs to be recognised as such (and that's tough for a woman in a male-oriented industry). I see Bucky as still working out who he is without Hydra scrambling his brain, and Maria being willing to give him the space and time to do so.
I tend to envision this relationship as a 'how they get together' story; however, if you want to write them dealing with a situation when already in the relationship, then I'd love to read your take on it!
Bucky/Maria/Steve: Whether or not you write Steve and Bucky having had a past, it would take a strong-willed woman to climb into bed with them both (especially when they're both supersoldiers and dangerous in their own ways). Also an option - D/s in pretty much any configuration - I think the story of how they negotiate the in-bed dynamics vs the out-of-bed dynamics would be fascinating!
Can be a 'how they get together' or a 'how they deal with each other' story. If you can set up a situation where Maria and one of the guys are in conflict with the other guy (for whatever reason), I would be really impressed!
Maria/Steve/Sam: Friends and comrades in bed. Sam brings an easy lightheartedness to a relationship/dynamic that I think Steve would see as more emotionally serious, and which Maria would view as a risk. How do they work together?
Same note as above: this can be a 'how they get together' or a 'how they deal with each other' story. If you set up a situation where Maria and Sam are in conflict with Steve (for whatever reason, although I think it would be best if Maria and Sam are the ones in the right), I will be impressed and appreciative.
Maria/T'Challa: So, I firmly believe that T'Challa should end up with one of the Dora Milaje; that doesn't keep him from having an affair of the heart. And he's not afraid of tough women, or proud and stubborn women. Maybe he likes working for it? This one would involve a lot of political negotiation around the relationship, dealing with each other and the different cultural expectations, and some degree of bittersweetness.
Stargate Atlantis
Elizabeth/Ronon
I started playing with this relationship a long time ago - back around S2 of SGA - and really quite enjoyed mucking around with it. I wrote AUs and in-universe stories, and I like the idea of Ronon finding his home, and Elizabeth finding someone for whom she doesn't have to be strong and leader-y, as well as for whom she won't automatically fall into the roles of 'lover-and-mother' that I think she would in a relationship with either Rodney or John.
Teyla/Lorne
The words I'd reach for to describe this pairing are 'easygoing, comfortable, and uncomplicated'. I think there's an element of "it becomes everyone's business" because Teyla is still a leader among her people (and with John's team), and Lorne is John's 2IC and well-known through the expedition. Or a story about the two of them stranded in a decidedly 'unromantic' situation and coming out of it with good humour and a touch of wryness?

Kate/Will
In Pavor Nocturnus we got a little hint of Will/Kate, but that was about it. I don't know why I fixated on that relationship - maybe because Kate's competence is really my kind of jam in a female character and Will was kind of cute but... This is my OTP.
I'd like to see a non-Pavor Nocturnus relationship; the two of them interacting with each other at the Sanctuary. Wry teasing, playfulness, and getting down to the job as necessary. Can be at any time during or after the series, however I don't like infidelity in relationships, so I'd prefer if neither of them were in a relatonship (whether Abby or Garrus) when they start things with the other.

Last year, I got passed to the Emergency Pinch Hit list pretty much on the day of reveals, and received Maria Hill/Bruce Wayne and Maria Hill/James Bond fic. They were AWESOME fics, and I would love to receive more in those pairings!
Maria Hill/Bruce Wayne
Competence and competence, humanity and humanity, dealing with superheroes and dealing with metahumans... Think of all the conversations they could have, Stark Industries vs. Wayne Enterprises... Or maybe a situation where their universes are crossing over and they have to deal with both teams?
Alternatively, what if Bruce is still keeping his identity secret from Maria and she finds out? She's used to being in the know; what hapens when she finds out?
Teyla Emmagan/Eliot Spencer
I see Teyla as brutally competent, and Eliot as recognising that. Given that they're both pretty good at hand-to-hand, and Teyla doesn't need a gun to be dangerous, think of the possibilities! Perhaps Teyla stumbles into the middle of a job and ends up having to help Eliot out in something?
Maria Hill /James Bond
Last year, I got passed to the Emergency Pinch Hit list pretty much on the day of reveals, and received Maria Hill/Bruce Wayne and Maria Hill/James Bond fic. They were AWESOME fics, incidentally, and I would love to receive more in those pairings!
I just like the idea of Maria's dry wit up against James' droll snark, working together in the field, James using seduction as a technique while Maria holds him at arms' length and then chooses when she's going to give in ahead of time? I don't know - run with whatever ideas you have in mind, author, because I'm sure it'll be fantastic.
Faith Lehane/Dean Winchester
This is a difficult one for me to write a blurb for, because it's kind of "I love the idea, whether demon hunting, how much their worlds overlap, and possibly with them fucking each other's brains out for the hotness after slayage". There's a part of me that would really like to see Faith reacting to Cas. Or Sam. But, um, just run with them?
Ziva David/Eliot Spencer
Two kinds of dangerous here, loyal to 'their' people, working in teams, both with an eye for what's out of place and a determination to make the situation work for them (or their respective people). Casefic or job-fic, or 'into a bar' scenarios - it's all good!
James "Rhodey" Rhodes/Diana Prince
This is kind of the 'wild card' relationship. I'd love to see Diana and Rhodey work things out - particularly if Diana's been keeping secrets from Rhodey. It's one thing to be Tony Stark's best buddy; it's another to discover your girlfriend is Wonder Woman! And I think Diana would appreciate a man who's a gentleman, a protector, and an honourable soldier.
These are all JUST IDEAS, by the way! Ultimately, write the characters and relationship we matched on in the way you see their relationship and we'll be fine.
