Well, tonight after Endgame, I think there will be dumplings at the downstairs dumpling place. I suspect I'm going to need them.
Tomorrow, though, I'm thinking that spending the day at home alone is probably a bad idea. I'm trying to rally friends to go in to see the Black Anzac March in Redfern, but several of them are spoonies and it's rough.
I could ask some of the friends from church, but right now it's the middle of school holidays, so many of them are away, or have other plans. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask, though. If nothing else, I might find something else to do!
I'm wondering if I could ask friends from gardening groups. We're not close-close, mostly just friendly.
And this is why B1 living over at the parental house for a year is a BAD IDEA. It'll take her down, it'll take ME down, and all because my stepfather is too afraid of letting B2 manage the house, and too cheap to hire a housesitter.

fandom is going to explode
not just the typical reddit "TLJ sucked" fandom bros either

...will I get to watch it all go nuts with popcorn, or will I be one of the ones going nuts? [*]
[*] rhetorical question; I don't actually want to know the answer.

Also I am still really fucking bitter about the way they left me feeling after Infinity War, and I refuse to add myself to their opening-week numbers, and this has completely baffled my fellow superhero-film-nerd colleague at work.

Talking with a friend this morning, it gets 10/10 for cinematic storytelling excellence, although my own personal factor is 8/10 +ambivalent for the things that disappointed me. It's like, I know why they did what they did, and what the audience expectation/story payoff is out of their doing it, but...it bugs me all the same.

Sorry for the long ramble
Edited to add: I did not realize I was that behind in what you'd posted, and I have decided I probably will actually try to avoid spoilers when feasible

My own dissatisfaction with it is largely personal preference and a few issues that I know are not going to be recognised by the broader audience or filmmakers.
Independently, it's a lot better than IW, with a lot more heart to it and well-scripted.
