How do you find duck eggs in comparison to chicken? (Or have you tried anything with duck eggs before?) They're on offer at the farmers market every year and I never pick them up. I have tried turkey eggs and the yolks are so fragile in comparison to chicken that I've kind of hesitated to try anything else.

Also, how did you like the pickled rhubarb? It grows like a weed in the US Midwest, I get a ton of it every year from Aunt M and I usually put it in pie or a crostada, but pickling some would be great too.
