So, do any Americans reading this need help navigating how to vote? It's unlikely but possible: most of you are pretty politically savvy.

Maybe you can join up with an organization that sends postcards to registered Democrats reminding them to vote? I'm not sure it's convincing if it comes from a random overseas person, but.

Yeah, I've had some bad experiences with Americans saying that if the rest of the world thinks it's a good thing for America, it's probably a bad thing for America.

The myth of American exceptionalism is more foundational for a lot of Americans than the consitution.

You might be able to get in touch with organizations that help people figure out if they’re registered/figure out absentee ballots/where their polling place is/etc and see if you can help with that?

The issue is that I'm some 15-18 hours ahead of continental USA, so I don't know how much help I'll actually be in real-time stuff. And the email delays are similarly significant.

I’m not talking about doing anything the day of Election Day or whatever, but seeing if maybe you could help provide people information now and in like the next month. And yeah, the time ones are quite significant but I don’t think it’s not doable, especially if you could like schedule emails to go out at certain times
