A friend dropped a freezer by today. They didn't need it anymore, he asked if I would like a freezer, I said yes. It's been 'in the plan' to get it over to me for a few months now, this morning he brought it over.

Another friend (well, acquaintance, really - he lives four houses down and we chat occasionally when he walks his dog past while I'm in th garden) stopped on the way to church music practice to help me and my sister wrestle a giant planter on wheels in the gate.

A complete stranger (well, we'd chatted for about ten minutes beforehand) canvassed a free cupcake for me this morning at a food and wine festival.

Lots of little good things in my life.
