I really liked this episode. Even with the you-know-what, it was good. ZOMG! TEAM!
Oh, Coop, why is it that you can write brilliantly and yet suck so very much at times???
Cute team banter at the start involving everyone! Woohoo!
"If your problem persists, please see your doctor." (Oh, wait, that's Keller.) "This would be easier if you lay down." (So I can ravish you at my leisure.)
Joe Flanigan does creepy really well. In fact, everyone did some really awesome acting in this episode, but Joe Flanigan particularly - EvilJohn vs. GoodJohn.
I rather like how they used both Keller and Sam in this episode. Although more Keller than Sam. Except for the scene where Keller tells Sam the speech was good. That was awkward. The ending would have been nice with just the team, but was still cute.
*sigh* Killing Kate was cold, though. Really cold. I mean, I had heard a spoiler, so it didn't shock me as much as it might, but...
Incidentally, several people have complained why Teyla said "I cannot wake her" rather than acknowledging that Kate was dead. Honestly, peoples - do you really want to be the one who pronounces your friend dead? It's a classic "I don't want to face this" line. Euphemism as denial.
You know, for someone who doesn't like slash, RCC is really good at doing slashy angles. Then again, one of my associates noted that normal viewers don't see everything through slash goggles.
On the whole, I liked the John-trying-to-help-Rodney angle, the whale, the clown, and John vs. John.
Rodney's "I'm pretty screwed up" and "I thought there'd be more hot girls" vs John's "Tell me about it" and "Me, too." *sporfle*
OMG! TEAM ENDING!!! TEAM ENDING!!!
My favourite episode so far this season.

It's interesting to see the variety of reactions to the episode, even off my f-list.

Now I want that on an icon: We hold these truths to be self-evident.

I hate that they killed Kate, though. Harsh.

So, how're those plotbunnies breeding, then?

Well, one does wonder what happened after the hug …

Finally, TEAMWORK! Maybe the writers are finally wising up! One can only hope.
This episode is my favorite also!

That completely didn't occur to me. I just saw a couple of people comment that Teyla should know about dead and the line wasn't very 'her' in the context.

People complained about that? Teyla was clearly upset; I thought it was obvious that she didn't want to say the words.
And I'm glad I'm not the only one who was unhappy they killed Kate off.

Then again, it may be that they felt they'd done that with Lorne and his offer to shoot Shep.
Dammit, they really need to work on their pool of "available characters to kill off".

Amen. I've already watched it six times. I see something new each time I watch it. :)
I got confused with the whole Kate-dying thing actually. I wasn't sure if it was still a dream or not... since Kate's death was not really from her perspective until she fell.
