Sanctuary 2.01 - End Of Nights Pt 1

So, doing Sanctuary catchup:

I admit, I'm going to the con mostly to support Amanda Tapping because she played Sam Carter. The 1st season of Sanctuary didn't hit my buttons at all, but I rather like the way End Of Nights Part 1 is shaping up, so there's hope!

Even if my brain keeps telling me: "It's a car chase on the Bridge Studios lot, for crying out loud!"

Sanctuary: End Of Nights Part 2

I recall my issue with this show now: the overdramatisation of everything. It's just a little too much to take, I guess. Not that Stargate didn't do the overdramatic from time to time.

Thoughts while watching the episode:

( storytelling cues, dramatic marches and emotional stuff )

Conclusion: I liked Part 1 better than Part 2. Although the conclusion to the story was satisfying, I would have made different choices about how the situation played out.
