Frankly, reading through the story, it contains all the fic tropes that my readers would be familiar with: action hero man, woman holding the line and keeping it together, stoic friendship-with-relationship-angle, psuedo-military action, character drama...

NOTES: My assignment for rmc28 (who reliably asks for Maria). A sequel of sorts to 'Keep Calm And Carry On'. The 3rd story in the series will be post-AoU and is presently called 'Keep Calm And Manage Mayhem'.

NOTES: A treat for jena Another of my attempts to level Maria's absence from the MCU Civil War. (Basically, you're going to get a lot of fic out of it, because I want as many of these ideas out before I get fully and finally jossed (russo'd?) by Cap3.

NOTES: Tumblr has a 'meet ugly' set of prompts, which I guess are the counterpoint to the "meet cute" where couples bump into each other doing cute things like walking dogs or ordering coffee. As alphaflyer pointed out, they're not exactly ugly meetings, just a little less cutesy. Yes, geckoholic, you are on a site where people fuck fruit...
