There's a lot of sweets and cakes and tarts and icing/frosting on that board, though. Going to have to limit that. Maybe stick with the donna hay/marie claire/delicious recipes which are a little more health conscious (but possibly also a bit more complicated).

coronary disease factor

Well, apparently they haven't found anything to concern them in my coronary calcium scoring. It'll be interesting to see what B1 comes back with (she went for a scan this morning).

But the doc is concerned about the 7+ cholesterol reading (>5 is a concern), so we'll be going over a care plan, and possibly involving a dietician. That could get interesting.
