There's a "Team Teyla-AU Ficathon" going down at team_sga.

As far as I can tell 'Team Teyla' is the mods' way of avoiding The Wonderful McShep Dog-And-Pony Show: four-person team all working together. Together being the key word here.
(And I, for one, welcome our new Team Teyla overlords...)

Okay, so I am kidding about the unfriending. I'm not kidding about the signing up. Dudes. There's both the mini-fest and the main-fest - you can manage 250 words or a couple icons or a vid!

ETA: There's pirates! And college AUs! And corporate raiders, tattoo parlours, Firefly, and art schools, Jem (Truly Amazing!), World of Warcraft, Iron Chef, plane crashes and Robin Hood...

In fact, the only thing they don't have is vampires. ("The vampires are gone! But why are the vampires gone?")

ETA2: I understand deadlines - honest I do. I still have the last choc_fic challenge to complete. Then there's the Ronon Thing-A-Thon on the 15th March, the sga_genficathon on the 30th, the femme_fic on the 31st, and the gate_women on the 1st. And that's not counting that I'm the site manager for jt_awards which plan to start nominations and voting in the next month, or that I've recently been given a major John/Teyla site that I'm trying to upgrade.

Actually, come to think of it, I'd better start those fics now...

I have to write a story by March 30 for another fic thing I signed up for, and that story is already kicking my ass. So I really can't be signing up for another fic thing.

Or the AU in which Teyla is Shakespeare by day, the Scarlet Pimpernel by night, and John is Christopher Marlowe, and...yeah, okay, that one would be really difficult to fit into 250 words.

*sigh* I haven't even started my Ronon Thing-a-thon story (15th March), let alone the challenges for femme_fic (30th March) orgate_women (1st April)...

And I'm maintaining the site for jt_awards and trying to... oh crap. I was going to try to get the John/Teyla Convergence site revamped before...

BUGGER.

Oh well. Sleep is overrated. :D

*stares* Wow. Yeah. If I was you I'd totally give up. I have a hell of a time writing on command, which is why I really try to never sign up for challenges and ficathons, and just the thought of having more than one due in a month gives me heartburn. Gah. I mean, obviously I fail at never signing up, but I definitely never sign up for more than one at a time... Eep.
