FFS. STOP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTION EACH TIME.
Yes, the interfaces are all set up. Yes, the customers have been informed of the dates/locations for the new interface. What they do with that information - whether they act upon it or stick it where the sun don't shine - is NOT TO DO WITH ME.
I have answered this question about 8 times in the last week. 3 times for one guy (who keeps coming back to double-check), and 2 times for another (who seriously does not seem to listen, or forgets or something).
