I feel like this scene is entirely talking heads.
Except I can't set this one in a battle the way it occurred to me halfway through because the last scene was set at a battle.
It was supposed to be in a restaurant, only she thought that was a bad idea, so they're having the conversation in the parking lot. And the problem isn't love; the problem is all the other things that stack up against it.
Really, all they're going to get to is the decision to work at a relationship, and right now, I'm struggling with even that.
*glares at her characters*
