As far as I can tell 'Team Teyla' is the mods' way of avoiding The Wonderful McShep Dog-And-Pony Show: four-person team all working together. Together being the key word here.

ETA2: I understand deadlines - honest I do. I still have the lastchoc_fic challenge to complete. Then there's the Ronon Thing-A-Thon on the 15th March, the sga_genficathon on the 30th, the femme_fic on the 31st, and the gate_women on the 1st. And that's not counting that I'm the site manager for jt_awards which plan to start nominations and voting in the next month, or that I've recently been given a major John/Teyla site that I'm trying to upgrade.
Actually, come to think of it, I'd better start those fics now...
