i don't know how good any of these question are going to be but here goes:

1. If john;s love for teyla can transcend another version of himself does, why does he not pursue her when he gets his memory back?

2. Is the emergence of Yan, john's way of living a life with no responsibilities, is this what he desires most? Also is his relationship with Ivali a transference of his feelings for teyla?

3. Will some aspects of Yan remain in John.?
