Not getting enough rest time. When I'm not working, I'm writing or quilting. On weekends, I'm organising/sorting/arranging the house, or playing hockey, or socialising.

I feel like I need a day where I don't have to do anything: where I get some time to myself, just to sleep and read and eat and get to the end of the day and feel like I had an actual day of rest.

Or something.
