Buffyverse
This is the fandom of my early 20s. TBH, my interest was mostly in the angst of Angel/Buffy in the early season, but by the time Faith came back in Season 4, I was convert to her. I was always rather disappointed that they weren't able to do a Faith the Vampire Slayer series.

Faith/Wesley: the extraneous Slayer and the unwanted Watcher, working together at Wolfram and Hart in an alternate canon, getting past their past.
Faith & Buffy: Slayers and sisters, forgive and move on, dark mirror and bright.
Angel/Buffy: coming together and working out who they've become in the meantime, Angel gets his humanity back and works out how to remain in the fight, another apocalypse again.
Angel & Kate Lockley:

I was rather grumpy how this ended - so haphazard! Not as 'planned' as promised! So much mystery, so many little bits and pieces left out!

Kara/Lee: a happy ending, sparks fly, love on the run from the Cylons.
Kara & Leoben: I always liked the theory that Kara was the daughter of the missing Cylon ("Daniel"). What if this was the case? How would Leoben treat Kara then?

sedoretu option: Kara/Lee/Dee/Anders (Kara/Lee, Lee/Dee, Dee/Anders, Anders/Kara). I know this isn't how a traditional sedoretu works, but I like the prospect of these pairings, so show me how it would work in the polyamorous society of Kobol.

Pacific Rim
Ignore Uprising or rewrite it so Mako lives. Or just rewrite the entire thing since they took nearly all the good things about the original and pretty much trashed them.

Mako/Raleigh: After the end, the Drift, co-sleeping/there was only one bed, the Drift is not destiny. NB: Smut is an option for this pairing.
Mako & Raleigh: Co-pilots, how a friendship works when you're in each other's minds, defending each other.
Mako & Jake: Coming to an understanding of each other, parental expectations and disappointments, Mako stays in touch after Jake leaves the PPDC.
Mako/Raleigh & Jake/Nate: Pentecost siblings and the men who love them, rebuilding, relationships in the Drift.

Original Works

Mulan
I loved the original Disney cartoon so much as a young twenty-something (yes, I was going out to watch Disney movies as a twenty-something), even though the story was nothing like the original tale. Still so good. Haven't seen the new live-action.

Mulan/Shang: An actual courtship, and perhaps also how the imperial court takes to Mulan? Mulan & Shang: The awkwardness of friendship between a troop leader and one of his men.
Grandmother Fa & Shang: Grandmother gives advice. Shang likes the blunt impropriety of the elderly woman.
Mulan & Mushu: Post-movie interactions. Mushu tries to help Mulan; it goes about as well as anything Mushu tries to 'help' with.

Crossover
Look for almost all of these, I just picked the characters because I wanted to see them interact with each other in the relationship configuration that they're in. Truly, go for your life!
