I know that the foreshortening on John's arm isn't very good - I have to work on my foreshortening skills. How about the colouring? The layout/design? The hair??

That's John, huh. Sorry. Honestly, the reason I took it for Rodney was because he looks...kinda out of shape. So, I'd definitely prescribe slimming his arms, chest and waist down a bit.
